The Divisoria Escape

August 25, 2014 is a holiday so we decided to go to Divisoria to buy stuffs for my debut. Everytime we go to Divisoria, we always leave our car to Starmall Alabang and then ride a train from Alabang to Tutuban.
It took us 1 hour and 30 mins until we reached Tutuban station. I've discover many stores outside the 168 mall. There's a place in Divisoria where you can buy souvenirs for occasions like Weddings, Birthdays and Debut. There's also a street where you can buy props and costume that are already made and only costs from 5php to 500php or higher. Here are the "kalokohan" that we did that day:

It took us 5 hours in buying stuffs at Divisoria. We can't go to the train station due to continuous rain. But, we don't have a choice we need to catch the train because the last trip is at 7:00 pm. Para kaming "basang sisiw" pagdating sa tren.
The rain did not stop, so we are stranded at Vito Cruz station.

Well, it was tiring but really fun experience with my Mom, Ninang and my Cousin! :)

Levitation Photography 101

There are many kinds of Photography, but there's one kind that I love doing and that's Levitation Photography. For me, it has that "wow" factor haha!":D In Levitation Photography, there's so much art happening. You're flying, floating and levitating. These are the things that makes levitation photography special. These are my first batch of Levitation Photography: Then, I search some tutorials in youtube on how to do a perfect Levitation photography. Here are the results:                     So far, these are my 2 best levitation photos:

Ilocos, Philippines Escapade

I've always wanted to to go Ilocos especially to the famous Bangui Windmills. We travel by car not by plane so it took 10 hours until we reached our destination. Our First stop is the Bangui Windmills. So I was really excited! I can capture those beautiful windmills of Ilocos! Yeeey Finally I will be able to post it to my photography facebook page. www.facebook.com/NorielleRaraPhotography Sabi nga nila, libutin mo muna ang sarili mong bansa bago ang ibang bansa. Ilocos pa lang to, there's still many attractions here in our country that are so beautiful! I was really inloved by this place. Truly, It's more fun in the Philippines! This is my first time in Ilocos but I promise this is not my last. I'll come back here SOON. Next stop, Burgos Kapurpurawan Ilocos Norte. These white rock formation really amaze me. We we're not able to go further and look closelt to the rock formation because we were hungry! we need to take our lunch. I was able to capture some of the tourist attractions in Ilocos. I also love street photography. In Ilocos, you can still see and feel the historic "aura" of the place. Because some of the building and houses are preserved especially in Vigan. We also visited the house of President Ferdinand Marcos, my favorite president of the Philippines.
I also record videos and edit the highlights of this escapade! A video compilation of our trip to Ilocos and Vigan! Enjoy watching!

Poster Collection

I just started editing pictures using Adobe Photoshop CS6 in I guess more or less 3 months.. No one taught me how to use photoshop, I just watched tutorials in Youtube. Lately, I enjoyed making posters for my council events. (Broadcast Journalism Program Council). Ate Eunice (BJPC President) told me that I should not delete all the posters that I made because I might be using it in applying jobs after I graduated in college.. So there you go, haha! my first collection of posters. :)

Our professor gave us 6 themes that we have to combine to these 5 elements. (Purity, Rebel, Fate/Faith, Fear, Injustice and Destitute) Here are my photos: FATE-Patterns & Repetition
DESTITUTE-Depth of Field
