My Top 6 Korean Celebrity Crushes

Even though I'm not a fan of K-Pop, I'm a fan of Korean Dramas. Everytime I watched K-Dramas, the numbers of my Korean crushes are increasing like crazy. I mean it's normal to have crushes right? Especially if it's a celebrity.

Here's my Top 6 Korean Celebrity Crushes!
6. Ki Hong Lee
He is popularly known as Minho in the Hollywood movie The Maze Runner. That's the first time I saw him. The second movie trailer is out! Watch it guys on YouTube. He's half Korean half American. So he is really fluent in speaking in English.

5. Jang Hyuk
I first saw him in his latest Korean Drama "Fated to Love You". What I like about him is his wittiness and he's laugh is crazy. Look at the photo above! He can rock any hair styles.

4. Choi Jin-hyuk
I also saw him in "Fated to Love You" and "The Heirs". Then I searched some of his Korean Dramas like "Emergency Couple". I watched that K-Drama and it was really good! You guys should check it out. What I like about him is his smile! When he smiles, I cannot see his eyes. (HAHA and it's cute)

3. Song Seung Heon
Even though I cannot pronounce his name correctly, I just love him! I saw him in one of my favorite Korean Drama "My Princess". Ohh, we have the same birth month! (October).

2. Kim Bum
He's my first ever Korean Crush! (He should be honored haha). He is popularly known as one of the member of F4 in my favorite K-Drama "Boys Over Flowers".

1. Lee Min-ho
Who doesn't love him?! I watched four of his Korean Drama already and I'm planning to watch more. He's like the number 1 Korean Celebrity Crush here in the Philippines (Yes, I'm claiming it haha).

I am wishing, hoping and praying that I'll have the opportunity to see them not just in Television but in person!

Mt. Pinatubo Escapade

This was my 2nd time hiking experience for this summer (2015). Mt. Pinatubo is known for its eruptive history back in year 1991. It has been 24 years since the volcano erupted. We were able to witness what was created after the eruption. During our journey to the crater lake, I am amazed on what the mountain has become. It's true that what was once destructed is now recreated. I am still in awe thinking how the lava changed the form of Mt. Pinatubo.

Before reaching the Mt. Pinatubo Crater Lake, we took a 4x4 jeep and started the trek to the lake for at least 15 minutes. It's 9 o'clock in the morning when we started. At first, we are a bit disappointed because our 4x4 vehicle is not an open jeep (I don't know what it's called, see the photo above). In the middle of our journey, we are glad that we had that jeep because it's so hot outside.

(Our view from the background looks like deformed Toblerone chocolate)

Don't worry the new trail is a beginner friendly trail. They say that if you're young you can reach the lake in just 15 minutes and if you're a senior citizen you'll reach the lake for 20 minutes. Easy right?

Here it is! We reached the Pinatubo's Crater Lake! Unforunately, swimming is strictly prohibited.

Even though we are perpendicular to the sun, we can feel the cool breeze of Zambales. We had our lunch beside the lake. Probably the most relaxing lunch I ever had.

We even saw Aetas children along our way back to our cars. I asked the tour guide what are they doing here. He said that watching the 4x4 vehicles is like their source of entertainment. My Mom asked if they are going to school and the guide said they are not.

After I found out that they're not studying, I gave them my packed snacks and biscuits that I wasn't able to eat. Besides, I don't really need them anymore because I'm already full. I'm glad that I made them happy for a matter of time but they didn't know that I am happier because when i gave them my snacks, I saw the joy in their eyes and their priceless smiles.

Taste of the World in just One day

May 22, 2014 - I had a taste of the World

This day was definitely a day to remember. I had a chance tasting different foods and ingredients in some parts of the world. Thanks to my Ninang Ana for our tickets in the 10th Asia's Food and Ingredients Show here in the Philippines. As a food lover, I was overjoyed. Ohh.. I didn't ate my lunch just for this show.

(I'm absolutely overjoyed HAHA)

We also saw different products made in some parts of the World like USA, Germany and Australia.
(Wines from Chile, New Zealand and Korea)
Tasting different foods from other cultures will take you to different places. I really felt that I travelled the World in just one day.

(Other places are Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Russia)

Oh wait there's more! There are also local foods from Negros Occidental, Taguig City, Quezon City, Pasay City, Dagupan City and Ilocos Norte. It is really more fun in the Philippines.
(Tangkilikin ang sariling atin)
Here are the foods and drinks that I really like from the show (I mean from travelling the world HAHA).
(Seaweed with squash seeds from Taiwan)
Actually I really don't like the taste of seaweeds but when I tasted this, it changes everything.
Nuts from... (I'm sorry I don't remember where this came from) but I think they're from the Philippines.
 (Ice Cream of FIC)
Ube and Banana Sundae flavor. I usually buy ice cream from Selecta and after tasting this ice cream, I'll definitely buy Fic and Selecta next time.
(Dalandan flavor of Juzi Naturals)
(Dutche)
Additional from my favorite chocolate products! They said that it's available in SM Stores and other convenience stores.

Thank you so much IFEX Philippines for putting up a good show. See you again in 2017! I really hope that someday I'll have the opportunity to taste food from the country where it's made.

Perks of Having Many "Group of Friends"

"You don't need to many friends, just a few real ones who appreciates who you are"

I somehow disagree to this quotation. What if you meet a lot of friends that appreciate and accept who you really are? Does that mean you need to choose among them? No. We just need to be grateful and accept them too.

I have a lot of friends and I'm learning many things about life from them and from our experiences together. There are many types of "Group of Friends".

In my experience I have these type of "Group of Friends":

The 4x4 Group
No Boys Allowed Group
Mixed Group

So what are the advantages and disadvantages of having lots of "Group of Friends"?
1. Exploding Chatbox.
Have you ever been chatting with your friends simultaneously? Well I did (most of the time). We have this Facebook group plus the group chat in messenger. There's this time that I can feel my phone heating because of them.

2. Lots and lots of outing.
This is the thing about friends. Exploring places together!

3. Difficult to ask permission from your parents.
Yes it is fun to have lots of outing but in my case I have strict parents. They will say that you had an outing yesterday and you're asking permission to have a coffee with your other friends tomorrow. Well I guess that's that thing about parents they're just protective.

4. You'll meet different types of people.
Having many friends help you to be more approachable because you know how to get along with them. You'll meet different people and encounter different attitudes from them.

5. You'll repeat your story not just once.
When you and your boyfriend/girlfriend broke up, your friends will ask why did you broke up and you'll ask for advice from them. The thing is that you need to tell the story over and over again.

6. Having to decide which party you're going to.
I hate this kind of situation. It sucks that you need to choose which friend's party you're going to. I mean If I have two bodies, I'll go to both parties but that is impossible!

7. Spending your own money.
Sad truth.

8. You will learn more.
Who said that only teachers can teach? Friends are also good teachers! Not in Math but in life.

9. Help is easy.
Friends will give you a helping hand if you're distress.

This is my favorite quotation about friends because i can really relate to it. We must be truly grateful to God because He gave us our true friends.

Best Friends for Keeps

WARNING this post contains exploding photos. (HAHA!)

The say that girls can survive without a boyfriend but they can't survive without a besfriend. Well in my case I can't survive without my bestfriends. There are many types of friends. For me there are three types. Friends, Close Friends and Best Friends.

They say that you don't need a lot of friends but for me it's okay to have a lot. Friends help us in many things. We can learn from them. We can meet different type of people and eventually you'll know how to get along with them.

Meet my best friends!

Norilyn, Kisha and Kc.
Candid Goods.
Kianna, Gelian, Nicka and Joselle
FHH Girls.

My College Girlfriends.

I know I know.. they are all girls! Ofcourse I have boy bestfriends too! (I'll include them to my future posts haha). What I really love about them is that they accept me for who I am. That's the thing about best friends.

What Makes My Mom Exceptional

This day is a very special day to all the Mothers around the world to thank them for loving us unconditionally. We should love them back and treasure them because we will never find another. Being a mother is the place that no one can take. It's irreplaceable. I'm so proud of my mother and here are the things that makes her exceptional.

1. She's Supportive.
My mother is always there to support us and guide us on what we want in life. She always put her children first before herself.

2. Cool Mom.
She is never afraid in learning new things especially to the things that she really wants. She's an amazing woman.

3. She's Forever Young.
Aside from being cool, she knows how to take care of herself. Her real age doesn't match her looks (Ohh I don't want to mention her real age haha! Besides it's just a number!)That's why people are confused if she's really my mother or my elder sister and I'm proud of that.

4. She has her own sense of Fashion.
I know what you're thinking! No, it's not a photo-shoot for Vogue's Magazine, MET Gala or Oscar's Awards night! She just love Fashion. Do you ever wonder where she got that sense in fashion? From her one and only daughter of-course! (Family's stylist over here! haha)

5. She's a Performer.
Yes that's right! I got my dancing skills and self confidence from her! It is actually runs in the family. While I'm a member of a Theater group (Dulaang Kruhay) back in Highschool she was also performing in our school's stage. That's why I always got that "Oh Yeye! Mama mo yun oh! May pinagmanahan ka pala eh!" compliment from my friends.

6. She treats my cousins like her own.
Let the photos speaks for itself.

7. She's Brave.

I'm not talking about the harm type of bravery. What I'm trying to say is that my Mom has a moral and emotional courage. She's the type of person that will always do the right thing. She may not be  the perfect person but she's the perfect mother.

8. She's Happy and Contented.
One important thing that my mother told us is that we should be happy and contented on what we have in life. We do not live in a luxurious life, we are just living the simple life and we are happy and contented with that.
8 things are not enough to explain what makes my mom unique. Words are not enough to thank my mother for all the sacrifices that she made for our family. My brother and I are just grateful that we have a mother like you (and ofcourse our Father too). Mom, I may not be that perfect daughter, we may have arguments but I love you always and forever.

P.S. - Clingy daughter here! hahaha. :)
